The task of the interim evaluation is the assessment of the results and effects of the projects, which were funded using resources of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) of the European Commission by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) between 2014 and 2017. The evaluation is structured according to a standardised template issued by the European Commission which addresses the issues of effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence, complementarity, EU-added value, sustainability, Simplification and reduction of administrative burden. Furthermore, some project examples for success stories and failures are given.
