In cooperation with Pass-Consulting Group, the IT system “ESF-Bavaria” was adapted and enhanced to meet the requirements of the EU regulations for the ESF funding period 2014-2020. The IT system allows the customer’s computer-aided data exchange with both the EU Commission and beneficiaries. The IT system is designed to administer all ESF projects as well as to collect and maintain project data. Moreover, it contains all data required for monitoring and evaluation purposes. All relevant financial data, as well as data on eligible expenditure and applications for payment is recorded and stored for further processing. Finally, comprehensive training IT system’s users was also part of the project.
