The emphasis of this research project lay on the evaluation of the socio-economic analysis and the relevance of the strategy as well as SWOT analysis. Moreover, it aimed at assessing the relevance and coherence of the strategy, also with regard to regional and national policies and the EU Strategic Guidelines, the expected consequences and effects as well as the proposed implementation systems.
