The evaluation focusses on five main goals: (1) description of the output indicators; (2) identifying information on effects and efficiency in order to provide data for programme managers in Bavaria, required for an optimal control of the programme the institutions in charge of its conduction as well as potential adjustments in the programme; (3) assessment of the programme’s coherence and its contribution to the horizontal objectives and the European Employment Strategy; (4) preparation of specific studies on particularly relevant issues and needs, as well as evaluation of the strategy. (5) Furthermore, the project involveds drawing up the annual implementation reports and final report, as well as ongoing support of the administrative authority in the areas of programme management and controlling.
