The ex-ante-evaluation assessed the strategy of the new ESF-programme for the 2014-2020 intervention period, its indicators, the monitoring and evaluation system, the consistency of financial allocations foreseen and the programme’s contribution to the strategy EU 2020. Following the iterative approach during the entire programming and evaluation process, the ex-ante evaluation was in constant exchange with the Managing Authority, the ESF-Team and other stakeholders involved in the programming process.
