Selected mid-term evaluations from Italy related to the intervention period 2000-2006 were analysed according the MEANS-criteria. These mid-term evaluations referred to objective 1 regions Basilicata, Campania, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily, the national objective 1-programmes for transport, local development and reseach, the Communuty Support Framework (CSF) as well as to objective 2 regions Abruzzo, Lazio, Lombardia, Piemonte, Tuscany and Veneto.
