Eva Roth is a political scientist (Magistra Artium). In 2014, she earned a Master's degree in Gender and Diversity Competence from the FU Berlin. Since 2013, she has been working as a research assistant at the ISG. The focus of her work is the collaboration on various evaluation studies of ESF-funded labor market policy programs as well as research projects in the field of labor market and gender equality policy. Her research interests lie in particular in the processing of research aspects relevant to gender equality as well as questions of equal opportunities/non-discrimination.
