Anne-Marie Scholz studied Social Sciences at the University of Bochum focusing on statistics, economics and organizations. In 2008 she received an award (Deutscher Nachwuchspreis Wissensmanagement) for her Diploma thesis entitled „Wissensmanagement in der Altenpflege. Der Umgang mit der Ressource Wissen in Pflegeeinrichtungen - eine explorative Untersuchung“ (Knowledge Management in Eldery Care). After finishing her studies, she was employed as a research associate at the Sozialforschungsstelle (sfs) of TU Dortmund at the research area “Learning Organization and Networks”. Furthermore she was working on the project “Monitoring of the German Excellence Initiative” at the Institute for Research Information and Quality Assurance (iFQ) in Bonn. Since 2009 she is a researcher at the ISG. Her research interests are knowledge management, evaluation studies of clusters and networks, innovation research and organization development.
